Besides relishing on activities such as walking, photography and observing the rich local flora and fauna, guests can fish, ride and play golf in the nearby area. Skiing is also available in the immediate vicinity. Driving through this area is also an unforgettable experience, such as heading North through the scenic Cairngorms National Park or taking the road southwards towards Pitlochry.

    The outdoor area of the cottage comprises a gravelled terrace as well as a partially walled, furnished garden, which is also equipped with a barbecue. There is a wood burning fire in the sitting room; logs for it can be provided at cost, except the first supply, which is free of charge. Guests benefit from the use of a multitude of appliances, including a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, a television set and a multiple function music player. Moreover, the heating and electricity will be charged for by meter reading, so guests only pay for what they use. As many as three pets are allowed.

There are many facilities nearby, as the cottage is surrounded by fine quality shops, eating venues and pubs. Saint Andrews, with its golf courses and many historical attractions, is within easy reach, only four miles east. With Cupar and Glenrothes to the south and Tayport and Dundee to the north, the region is certainly worth exploring.

    Guests can enjoy the enclosed walled garden, as well as the furnished patio and barbecue, the perfect setting for unwinding. Parking is also provided and two pets welcome on the premises, for a stress-free holiday. As a traditional feature, this Victorian cottage comprises an open fire; fire fuel is available at cost. Central heating and electricity are included in the rent and any household appliances guests might need are provided, from kitchen gadgets (including a microwave and freezer) to a television set, DVD and CD player. Moreover, a highchair is available, making it easier for younger children to settle in.

  • Set amongst a wonderful landscape in the Southern Highlands, Home Farm Cottage is a great palce to get away from it all. Nearby is one of the best views in Scotland, the Kyles of Bute. The cottage is set within 150 acres of grounds and offers free salmon and trout fishing in addition to the vast space to relax and enjoy.

    The Home Farm cottage has been recently renovated and offer a Scottish charm. There is an open plan sitting room with an open fire plus a kitchen and dining room. The conservatory overlooks the garden. The first floor has a double room and a twin room with a zip and link beds.
